Having lived and worked in Singapore, Japan, and India over the last 20 years, Sapna has deep experience of business practices and leadership culture around the Region. She is based in Singapore and Japan, and travels extensively to deliver high-value programs for her clients.
Sapna is one of the earliest interculturalists in the Asia-Pacific, centering her work around the cross-cultural aspects of talent acquisition, deployment, development, and retention. Today, she consults, facilitates, and takes on public speaking assignments, evangelizing to large audiences about developing a cross-border talent pipeline, and recognizing the centrality of culture to integration success.

Sapna holds a PhD in American Literature and two Masters degrees, in Literature and Zoology. She is a certified Executive Coach, and a qualified administrator of key global leadership assessments.
